With Zimmer, we offer a solution for every patient!

When it comes to dental implants, we have the tools, technology and techniques to provide you with the smile that you have lost. Whether you lost your teeth due to an accident or a dental disease, our well trained, professional team can help you fill in the gaps or even replace a full set of teeth with an integrated appliance that looks and feels virtually as natural as your own.

The dental implants that we provide come from Zimmer Dental, which is a company with a line of quality dentistry products that is renowned for its innovative and state of the art designs. These appliances are manufactured to minimize the amount of time that patients have to spend in the treatment chair – and they also reduce any discomfort for the patient, as well as minimizing tissue traumas.

Dental implants options: We offer four types of integration appliances to replace your teeth:
  • The single tooth replacement
  • The anterior tooth replacement
  • The posterior tooth replacement
  • The full upper set replacement

If you’ve had the misfortune of losing a tooth due to participation in an extracurricular sport or due to a dental disease, a single tooth replacement can help you fill in the gaps and make your smile whole once again. An anterior tooth replacement is an integrated appliance installed at the front of your mouth. A posterior tooth replacement is installed to replace one of the teeth (or multiple teeth) towards the back of your mouth. A full upper set replacement can be implemented to avoid the need for a denture plate, which can be irritating to the gums and roof of your mouth.

The installation of dental implants is dependent upon the amount of jawbone available for fitting. Zimmer offers appliances for virtually every patient’s needs, and, following a scan of your bone tissues, we devise a treatment plan that is suited specifically to your needs. We offer:
  • Root Installations
  • Plate-form Installations
  • Subperiosteal Installations
Root installations are the most popular method of dental implants that we perform. This is because the dental device, which serves as an artificial root for your new teeth, is installed directly into the jawbone. Following the installation of the artificial root, healing involves the process of osseointegration – which means that the implant and the bone join. Once successful healing has occurred, the new teeth are fitted to the dental appliance and the patient is left with a brand new, long lasting set of choppers. Plate-form installations are provided to patients whose jawbones are too thin for root installations. And we have implants for patients who have little bone to work with.
